Solids Filter and Dewatering Cart

The Solids Filter & Dewatering Cart is a unit intended for the separation of gross solids from a waste stream. Typically the unit is used in conjunction with a cone bottomed settling tank.  Separation and dewatering of suspensions are important process steps when treating waste, by splitting up waste streams in the best way for downstream processes.

Specifications:
These units are constructed of carbon steel and have castor wheels. The cart is fitted with a perforated inset basket. A poly insert bag is used to line the perforated basket and provide filtration and an onboard float activated auto electrical sump pump is used to remove the clarified water.  The filter bag (included) will filter down to 50-100 micron sized particles.  Reinforced lift straps will allow approx. 200 lbs. of solids and can be removed via forklift. Once emptied, can be used over & over.
