Description

Replace rusted or broken cast iron strainers or bar grates with this adjustable drain strainer made of durable stainless steel. Fits multiple drain sizes so you don't have to waste your time looking for a direct replacement cover. To install, attach the bolts and clips through the slotted openings of the stainless steel drain cover and adjust them to a snug fit.

  • The SMALL Size: 7 1/4" in diameter, fits drain openings 3 1/4" - 6 3/4"
  • The LARGE Size: 9 1/4" in diameter, fits drain openings 5 1/4" - 8 3/4"
  • Heavy gauge 100% stainless steel making it durable and corrosion proof
  • Adjustable screw clips to fit almost any drain
  • Gripping fingers fit snugly inside pipe keeping strainer securely in place
  • Fits almost any drain regardless of the make
  • Simply measuring the ID (inside dimension) of the drain. A screw driver is all that is required to install.

    All stainless steel adjustable drain cover - very well made

    Heavy duty 6" adjustable drain cover with 100% stainless steel mounting hardware. This is a well made drain cover that has small "feet" that hold it off the ground about 1/8" so the cover will not interfere with even a small amount of water reaching the drain. It's probably 16 gauge stainless steel. The mounting system is 4 metal clips that are held to the grate via stainless screws and nuts and are adjustable in the long slots seen the picture. I could see where this mounting system might be problematic if your drain is cup shaped or rounded. The mounting clips require about 2 inches of straight drain side walls to fit really well. I wound up reversing the clips to allow it to fit a 4" drain in a tile floor but it worked out OK.

    We bought 6 of these to replace ones the employees had removed, and caused some stoppages. Easy to install, they look like they will last a while. Stopping drain problems is worth every penny!
