A good-quality and perfectly working drip pan or bar drip tray is important to any commercial draft-beer system.  The beer drip tray is used to catch the drops or foam of beer that drip (hence the name) from the draft-beer tap, spout, spigot, or faucet when beer is poured out into the mug or glass. And because the drip tray is set under the beer tap, spout, or faucet to catch any drip or spill that is produced while pouring beer, you essentially avoid big, inconvenient messes and unnecessary, time-consuming cleanup.  Most drip trays have a drain line built in so that you do not have to manually empty the drip tray.  Over time this drain line will get clogged due to cold water mold build-up.  (The thick beer yeast flowing into the drain pipe system causes this.)  This brush is made to clean out that drain line and eliminate the mold build-up, preventing drain clogs and drain line odors.
